Banlie Information Manager is a high-performance, multi-functional independent digital information player. It is suitable for a variety of applications, ranging from live broadcasting in supermarkets and theme parks to warning and evacuation information release in emergencies.
Basic Functional Information
Built-in 64MB EEPROM memory can store 12 pieces of information without the need for backup batteries to store data. Each message can be set to any length, but not exceeding its total available capacity. Users can use PC to upload information and configuration to information manager through RS-232 port, and then disconnect PC to operate information manager independently. The information is in standard WAV format, sampling rate is 8 kHz to 24 kHz, word length is 16 bits (linear PCM). Instead of compressed audio formats (such as MP3, ADPCM and u-law/A-law, etc.), high quality playback of all types of audio signals, including sound effects and special sounds, such as prompt sounds, can be ensured.
The device has 12 closed trigger inputs for broadcasting. Each input can be configured with a sequence of information (up to four pieces of information, selected from the available information table). By this method, any information can be used in combination, thus improving the flexibility and storage space utilization. When used in conjunction with the pre-amplifier of the six-zone LBB1925/10 Splendor system, the corresponding region selection can be configured for each trigger input. The information manager transmits this selection to the pre-amplifier of LBB1925/10 Spotlight system through RS-232 interface. Continuous activation of a trigger input results in repeated playback of the corresponding sequence of information.
Trigger input
Trigger input has serial priority, that is, input 1 has higher priority than input 2, and input 2 has higher priority than input 3, and so on. To prevent accidental use, high priority trigger input 1-6 is provided only in the form of contacts on the rear panel. In addition, the front panel also provides trigger input 7-12 with low priority in the form of trigger switch.
Integrity and reliability
LBB1965/00 meets IEC 60849 standard, so it can also play emergency/evacuation information. The microcontroller continuously checks the data integrity of the system, while the monitoring circuit checks the microcontroller. The device uses pilot sound to monitor D/A converters and monitors high priority trigger inputs (1 to 6) to determine whether a cable is short-circuited or open. When the AC power supply fails, the 24 V standby battery line with automatic fault transfer function can make the device continue to operate. 20 kHz pilot tone can be mixed into the output signal to monitor the connection with the next power amplifier. When used in conjunction with a 20 kHz detector, this can also monitor speakers. Any failure will cause the red LED indicator to turn on and activate the fault output contacts.
Loop device
LBB1965/00 provides a loop device with balanced XLR and unbalanced lotus input and output. Through this device, LBB1965/00 can be connected to the existing audio link. As long as the broadcast is not played, the signal input is transmitted to the output. When broadcasting begins, the signal input is interrupted and the broadcast information is transmitted to the output.
To update
Information and configuration settings can be uploaded from PC to LBB1965/00 Spotlight Information Manager. After uploading, you can configure trigger input 7-12 with the switch on the front panel, without performing new uploads or even using PC. In addition, users can use headphone jacks to listen for information content.
