The AXIS P1435-LE provides excellent image quality in HDTV 1080p resolution and offers two lens alternatives for wide or tele. The day and night camera is ideal for 24/7 video surveillance, in exposed outdoor areas such as parking lots and service stations, and for general indoor surveillance purposes wherever a compact camera is needed.

Excellent image quality

With a varifocal, P-Iris lens, AXIS P1435-LE provides excellent image quality at up to 60 frames per second. The P-Iris control provides optimal depth of field, resolution, image contrast and clarity. The camera offers two lens alternatives; a wide 3-10.5 mm lens for wide area surveillance and a tele 10-22 mm lens for telephoto zoom or surveillance from a distance. In addition, the camera supports Axis Corridor Format, pixel counter, remote zoom and focus.

Lightfinder and WDR – Forensic Capture

With Wide Dynamic Range – Forensic Capture, the camera provides perfectly balanced video quality in scenes with strong variations in light, while Axis Lightfinder technology enables outstanding image usability in poor light. The camera can seamlessly transition between handling WDR and low-light conditions.

Built-in IR-LEDs and OptimizedIR

AXIS P1435-LE offers OptimizedIR, Axis power-efficient LED technology that provides an adaptable angle of IR illumination. In low light, OptimizedIR,automatically adapts the exposure of the camera resulting in high-quality and low-noise video. The improved IR LED illumination is perfect for discovering objects in a range of up to 30 meters (100 ft) using the wide 3-10.5 mm lens or 50 meters (164 ft) using the 10-22 mm tele lens.

Edge storage and Zipstream

AXIS P1435-LE offers support for edge storage that makes it possible to record video directly to a storage such as a microSD/SDHC™* card, thereby creating a flexible and reliable video surveillance system. In addition, Axis Zipstream technology lowers bandwidth and storage requirements by an average of 50% without costly and complicated integration. Zipstream ensures that important details in the image get enough attention in the video stream, while unnecessary data can be removed.

Ease of installation

AXIS P1435-LE has a compact, low weight casing and integrated bracket for wall or ceiling mount. To further facilitate installation, a wide range of mounting accessories are available such as AXIS Weather Shield K for protection against sun and rain. AXIS P1435-LE offers easy installation with remote zoom and focus for fine tuning of the picture from a computer. Power over Ethernet supplies power to the cameras through the network, eliminating the need for power cables and reduces installation costs.

I/O ports

The input/output ports can be used for simple notification to an alarm panel or control of a relay. The input is also ideal when using a PIR motion detector.
