SNC-VB642D is a weatherproof, and easy to install "bullet" bolt network camera. Very suitable for various outdoor safety and surveillance tasks, covering the city center, transportation system and retail center, as well as schools and universities.
This camera can capture clear low noise HD images under challenging low illumination conditions. The sensitive 1/2.8 type Exmor R CMOS image sensor combined with XDNR processing technology can improve the low light performance, and can achieve 0.006 lux (30 IRE) low illumination in the color mode. The camera can take videos at the frame rate of 60fps, allowing more smooth and accurate viewing of moving objects, such as people or vehicles.
View-DR technology extends the dynamic range, greatly improving the image quality of high contrast and strong backlight conditions in bright office or parking area entrance. The image stabilization function also helps to keep the video image clear and bright, even when the camera vibrates on the mounting column or bracket.
Cameras can be seen in dark conditions, with built-in IR (infrared) lights and advanced IR technologies that can capture near and far objects without overexposure. SNC-VB642D can capture objects clearly in the black environment farthest from the camera 100 meters (30 IRE).
Adding the standard card edge storage, the video / audio data can be recorded directly through the camera when the alarm event is triggered. When a temporary network fault occurs, this provides valuable redundancy: when the normal network connection is resumed, it will automatically continue to record to the network server.
The user interface, availability and shape specifications are similar to the previous generation SONY V series cameras, thus simplifying the installation process of SNC-VB642D. Designed for outdoor use, the integrated camera operates in a variety of temperature ranges and has IP66 class waterproof and dustproof properties. The mounting arm simplifies installation by flexible two axis view adjustment. In order to be more convenient, the built-in hood helps to reduce glare, thereby improving the image quality and contrast in the daytime.
