PRS SWCS PC Call Server is a Windows service that uses Praesideo open interface to connect to one or more Praesideo network controllers via TCP/IP. It can be used in conjunction with one or more client applications to handle all operational requests, such as PC call station clients and PC telephone interface clients.
PRS SWCS PC Call Server is configured by configuring client through PC Call Server running on the same computer.
Basic Function Configuration and Control
PRS SWCS PC Call Server can provide the following functions for connected clients: identity recognition, calling, background music source and volume control, confirmation and reset emergency mode, time synchronization and license control, etc. It works on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 platforms.
By configuring the client through PRS SWCS PC call server, users can monitor and set up the connection of the connected network controller. When multiple network controllers are connected, users can configure audio connections between network controllers to make calls from one Praesideo network to other Praesideo networks.
The configuration data of each connected Praesideo subsystem can be retrieved from the network controller and used to configure PRS SWCS PC call server. Multiple views of the system can be configured as background images containing regions and group locations, and no

Licence
PRS SWCS PC Call Server uses a USB key lock to identify whether the system has all purchased licenses. This key lock is provided with PRS SWCS PC Call Server. PRS SWCS PC Call Server has attached a license to use a network controller. For other network controllers connected to the same PRS SWCS PC call server, their licenses are provided in the form of PRS-SWCSL PC call server NCO licenses.
In addition, applications such as PRS CSC PC Call Station Clients also require licenses. No matter how many clients (operator panel) are connected, only one application license is required.
