Awards

7th Computerworld Readers' Choice Awards AXIS 2120 Network Camera wins international award

At this year's Computerworld Readers' Choice Awards in Singapore, the AXIS 2120 Network Camera came out as the winner in the Hardware category for Best Network Camera. The other categories were Networking, Software, Internet and Service Providers. In competition with big players in the industry, Axis won one of the 38 awards.

"We find that the Axis network camera in the computer room is very easy to set up and to use. This means that minimal training is needed. For our purposes, it is better than closed circuit television," says Chia Ser Sin, manager - IT infrastructure, Caltex Services

"If many of the winners' names sound familiar, it is a testimony to how, in an industry better known for product obsolescence and the spectacular free fall of tech stocks, these companies have managed to remain relevant, and to continue delivering value to businesses and IT users," says Tan Ee Sze, editor at Computerworld Singapore
